Applicable temperature recommendations
50 - 150 ° C → Thaw the freezing tube
205-230°C → Bend the plastic or soften the dry paint or grind
230-290 ° C → softening adhesion
425-455°C → Softening solder
480-510°C → loosen rusty bolts
520-550°C → remove paint
550 °C → Start zooming charcoal

Hot air cylinder safety precaution
1. Do not use the hot air blower as a hair dryer
2. Do not directly direct the hot air to people or animals.
3. Do not use near flammable or flammable gases
4. Do not block or cover the hot air inlet and outlet
5. When the hot air cylinder is in use or just after use, do not touch the nozzle. The handle of the hot air cylinder must be kept dry.
6. The hot air cylinder must be completely cooled before it can be stored.
7. Working hours may cause a lot of dust, please use a safety mask or dust mask

Method of operation
1. PVC plastic pipe bending stereotype:
 The tool is very lightweight and easy to operate. The temperature required for operation can be adjusted by the temperature adjustment switch. At the beginning of the operation, gradually adjust to the desired temperature from the low temperature. The design of the hot air cylinder is attached to the stand to stand vertically (horizontal) in a flat or horizontal position, so that you can shape the material with both hands. Make sure the switch control button is off before pulling the plug out of the socket
2. Removal of paint or ornaments:
1 Turn on the hot air cylinder and gradually increase it from the low temperature to the appropriate temperature.
2 The hot air will face the paint surface to be removed, and the paint will soften the blisters after a while. Do not let the paint burn out due to overheating, otherwise it will be difficult to remove. Wear goggles when peeling paint above the head height
3. When you want to scrape the paint, please scrape it off from top to bottom with a knife. If it is blocked, gently move the hot air cylinder next to the scraper to soften the surface. When the paint reaches the blisters temperature, the paint will be cut by the blade edge of the blade to be as wide as the blade, even thicker paint can be removed.
4. The scraper should be cleaned regularly and the scraped paint removed before it has hardened to prevent the paint from sticking to the blade. If it is necessary to scrape off the paint with shape or side, after the paint is softened, use a metal brush to scrape it off.
5. Please make sure that all treated surfaces are non-combustible materials, and do not concentrate hot air on the surface of the grid or other glass.

1. When stopping the operation, please slowly lower the temperature, blow out the hot air in the hot air cylinder, then turn off the switch, and put the hot air cylinder vertically on the flat work surface.
2. When storing the hot air cylinder, please confirm that the hot air cylinder is completely cooled.
3. Always remove the debris accumulated in the air inlet and keep the air inlet and outlet clean.
4. Check all extended insulated wires and replace them if they are damaged. Do not use damaged insulated wires, as they may cause shocks if touched.
5. All repairs must be performed by an authorized service center or other qualified service organization to ensure safety and reliability.
